Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during guest check-in/check-out and throughout shifts
- Assist with front desk operations, including reservations and guest inquiries
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain hotel standards
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless daily operations
- Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene protocols
- Complete all assigned training modules and SOPs
Qualifications
