Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries regarding local attractions and hotel services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk area, and common spaces.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally and route messages promptly.
- Support the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms meet our high standards of comfort and hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest issues and ensure a seamless stay.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we train the right people!
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
