Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, including check-ins/check-outs and reservation management
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to brand standards
- Support restaurant operations including food preparation, serving, and cleanup
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
