Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including check-in/check-out, concierge support, and room assistance
- Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Perform nightly audits and maintain accurate guest records
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/certification preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or food service
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
