Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures with a smile.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming calls, manage correspondence, and process payments accurately.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate logs of guest requests, handle complaints professionally, and assist with inventory management.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols, sanitation standards, and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over past history.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check and drug screening.
