Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming calls, manage reservations, and assist with room assignments efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Amenity Promotion: Upsell hotel services, dining options, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and manage the lobby area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience necessary; we train all new hires.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computer systems and POS software is a plus.
