Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and proactive problem-solving
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas following brand-specific protocols
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Support event setup, breakdown, and execution for banquet/conference functions
- Adhere strictly to safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly to management
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred; comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on short notice
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital check-in systems
- Valid Ohio ID and reliable transportation to downtown location
- Must pass background check and drug screening
