Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a professional demeanor.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with patience and poise.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and public spaces to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide directions and local recommendations to enhance the guest stay.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
