Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and va stations
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve concerns promptly
- Perform light housekeeping and public area maintenance tasks
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality excellence
- Must pass background check and drug screening
