Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or dining)
- Operate hotel systems (check-in/out, reservations, POS) with hands-on training
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete detailed shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- No experience required! We provide comprehensive onboarding
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid Pennsylvania ID or work authorization
