Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for urgent requests
- Balance daily transactions and prepare night audit reports
- Ensure guest safety and property security throughout the night
- Process reservations and manage room status updates
- Deliver personalized service to VIP guests during overnight hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- No hospitality experience required - full training provided
