Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services for arriving/departing guests
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and payment processing
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout all property areas
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for valet duties)
- Pass background check and drug screening
