Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and financial reports
- Check in/out guests with precision and professionalism during overnight hours
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Process credit card transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Generate daily management reports and prepare for next-day operations
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries and requests overnight
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
