Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and general inquiries to enhance their stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby and corridors.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Support front desk operations by sorting mail and managing deliveries.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- No prior work experience in the hospitality industry is required; we value attitude and enthusiasm over experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred.
- Must be available to work part-time hours.
