Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls and emails regarding reservations and general inquiries.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and maintain the front desk area.
Qualifications
