Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with personalized solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless guest operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Assist with luggage handling and guest transportation arrangements
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hotel management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for va/shuttle duties)
