Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem-solving
- Perform daily room preparation and cleaning to brand standards
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required for position)
