Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and manage guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately.
- Assist with mail, packages, and valet parking services as needed.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with computers and basic software navigation is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
