Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Deliver personalized guest assistance with concierge services and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine property standards through room inspection and public area upkeep
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems for accurate billing and reporting
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and problem resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
