Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Operate property management systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B)
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency with attention to detail
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn hotel operations
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
