Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and emails with professionalism, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints and special requests with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or similar software.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
