Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a pristine environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
