Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk operations, check-in/check-out processes, and concierge services
- Maintain clean, organized guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Operate reservation systems and manage room inventory efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams during shift transitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete detailed shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
