Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and shift transitions
- Maintain cleanliness standards across guest areas and facilities
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) following brand protocols
- Support daily operations including room inventory and supply management
Qualifications
