Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Operate property management systems efficiently
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during shifts
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license if driving valet duties
