Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas according to brand guidelines
- Operate property management systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (if driving shuttle services)
