Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping functions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Prepare and maintain accurate guest documentation and billing records
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak shift hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
