Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Monitor hotel security and respond to emergency situations
- Perform nightly cleaning of common areas and guest rooms
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Coordinate with day shift staff for seamless operations
- Prepare and serve overnight food and beverage requests
- Maintain detailed logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid driver's license (for shuttle operations if applicable)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
