Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out, ensuring seamless experiences and resolving inquiries promptly
- Assist with housekeeping operations including room preparation, deep cleaning, and maintenance coordination
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing, and guest communication systems
- Coordinate with security team to maintain property safety and access control protocols
- Support banquet and event setup, including equipment handling and guest assistance
- Monitor and maintain public areas ensuring cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards
- Participate in shift handovers and team briefings for operational continuity
- Adhere to all health/safety regulations and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality students or recent graduates encouraged
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn property management systems

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
