Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests across all hotel departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Assist with daily housekeeping operations including room preparation and sanitization
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for facility safety and maintenance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and guest requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students welcome
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new technologies
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid work authorization for the United States
