Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight shifts with precision and warmth
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Prepare end-of-day reports and manage reservation systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents and communications
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during low-traffic periods
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
