Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to brand standards
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries using hotel systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and events
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support inventory management and supply replenishment
- Act as brand ambassador during guest interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing/walking and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas Driver's License (if driving required for errands)
- No prior experience necessary – comprehensive training provided
