Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to all guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures with precision.
- Operate hotel management software to handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain the lobby area and front desk to ensure a pristine and professional appearance at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, concierge services, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and balance the daily bank.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage when necessary.
