Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with valet parking and luggage handling during assigned shifts
- Operate point-of-sale systems for payments and reservations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Respond promptly to guest requests with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability for flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
