Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, verifying guest information and handling payments accurately.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, public areas, and assigned workspace.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during all shifts.
- Perform light administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
