Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Perform daily room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal guest satisfaction
- Handle billing transactions, cash management, and POS system operations accurately
- Assist with valet services, luggage handling, and guest transportation coordination
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous property inspections and maintenance reporting
- Collaborate with security team to ensure guest safety and property security
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in hospitality software (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet positions)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
