Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, check-in/check-out processes, and concierge assistance
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following cleaning standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup, meeting room preparation, and banquet services
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
