Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts, including check-in/check-out processes and reservation management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Assist with valet services, luggage handling, and other guest amenities as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure smooth weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment
