Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Reservations & Operations: Assist with room bookings, manage the front desk console, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with other departments to address guest needs promptly and accurately.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols and security procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest registrations and handle cash transactions and credit card processing.
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the lobby area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No prior hotel experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or property management software are a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business volume.
