Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out experiences for hotel guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using problem-solving protocols
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
- Assist with valet, concierge, and event support as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior hotel experience required – we train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for valet role)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
