As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional. We pride ourselves on creating a culture of respect, growth, and community.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out procedures, and room assignments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email and in-person promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and front desk area.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hospitality software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
