Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answering phone inquiries and assisting with guest requests via email or in person.
- Providing directions and recommendations for local dining and attractions.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Processing payments and handling check-outs efficiently.
- Resolving guest complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with special events and guest services as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs and property management systems.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
