Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures with a smile.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, restaurant recommendations, and hotel amenities.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, ensuring rooms and public areas are immaculate and welcoming.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, resolving guest inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Support banquet and event staff during large functions and conferences.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required for entry-level positions).
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
