Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk phone system professionally.
- Assist with mail, package deliveries, and general concierge services.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
