Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process with efficiency and grace.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Process payments accurately and manage reservation systems using hotel software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
- Assist with concierge services and provide recommendations for dining and entertainment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; hospitality degree is a plus.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage.
