As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our international guests, creating memorable stays while operating our state-of-the-art property management system. We value personality over experience and seek candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for service.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using our digital reservation system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Authorization to work in the United States
