Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments
- Maintain clean and organized guest rooms/public areas
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out
- Support food and beverage service in hotel restaurant/banquets
- Handle basic maintenance requests and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Follow all company safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- Must be 18+ years old with legal work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
