Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.

- Operate hotel systems to manage reservations and room assignments.
- Assist in managing the front desk during peak hours.
- Ensure security and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
