Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and answer general inquiries.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Handle luggage for guests and provide local directions and recommendations.
- Process payments and manage small cash transactions accurately.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance staff with special guest requests.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
