Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk.
- Operations: Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Concierge Support: Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options to enhance the guest experience.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate special requests and maintenance needs to the housekeeping and engineering departments promptly.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- General Support: Maintain a tidy and organized work area, and assist in various hotel operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
